Writing for Remembrance, will be offered Tuesday, October 23, 2007 6:30-8:30pm  by Marlene Cullen and Paty Hermosilla-Perkins at the Petaluma Library. This will be a two-hour writing activity to honor loved ones who are in our lives in spirit. We will write using suggested prompts and read our work aloud. Bring a notebook and pen.

Marlene Cullen is a writing coach, developmental editor, associate editor of www.tiny-lights.com and founder of Writers Forum. She has recently been published in More Bridges and Vintage Voices: A Toast To Life.

Paty Hermosillo-Perkins is a bilingual kindergarten teacher at Valley Vista School here in Petaluma. She was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Since embarking upon her career as a teacher, she has worked diligently on her writing skills in Spanish.
