Artists' Reception: Sunday, December 7, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
We are proud to exhibit our annual Members Show for the first time in the
new Petaluma Arts Center. Works include all media. Come see the incredible
range of creative expression by Petaluma's artist community, on display
in our beautifully renovated building. Arts Center gallery hours are Thursday – Monday,
Noon to 4 p.m. (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Free admission.
The Petaluma Arts Center is located at 230 Lakeville
St., at the corner of E. Washington (next to the Visitors Center). Entry
is via E. Washington. Phone: 762-5600.

For the eighth year in a row, Petaluma hosted one of northern California's biggest and most vibrant El Día de los Muertos festivals. Two weeks of art, altars, music, lectures, film and food filled our town, and it couldn't have happened without the time and talent of an amazing team of volunteers. We offer our thanks and gratitude to the El Día de los Muertos, Petaluma Committee members, to our sponsors and underwriters and to the community of Petaluma for joining us in this opportunity to remember loved ones who have died and to build bridges between cultures in our town. We Met Our Match!
Fundraising Goal a Reality - We are thrilled to announce that the Petaluma Arts Council has raised $500,000 to meet our $1 million two-for-one challenge grant! Many, many thanks go to the scores of individuals and businesses who generously contributed to this goal, which we accomplished in only two years. We cannot thank our patron, Kristina Flanagan, enough for her once-in-a-lifetime matching gift, which helped build and will help sustain our lovely new Arts Center. Without Kristina's abundant gift, we simply wouldn't have such a beautiful center for arts and culture in the heart of Petaluma.
It's Just the Beginning - Our challenge grant enabled us to be where we are today. Now begins the day-to-day work of sustaining our programs and operations into the future. If you have not done so already, please consider a donation to the Petaluma Arts Center. Your gift will help fund classes, exhibitions, special performances and other arts events.
