Docent Tours and Training at the Arts Center
The Petaluma Arts Council is offering free docent-guided tours of current Arts Center exhibitions for third and fourth-grade classes. Tours are 1 to 1.5 hours long, and include art games and a take-home art project. Click on the following PDF document for more details: DocentTours_0210.
If you are interested in being a children’s art docent for our tours, we offer one to two-hour docent training. It’s easy, fun and you get to introduce the arts to local school children. For more information, call 707-762-5600 (press option 7), and leave a message for Sue Borsian, our terrific Docent Coordinator.
